Our staff brings decades of experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, and Leadership Consulting. We specialize in helping our clients lead from the heart as well as the mind; in service to their organization and stakeholders. We assist our clients in better-aligning their actions and decisions with goals and resources, leading to improved results for the organization, as well as feelings of empowerment and accomplishment as a leader.

Executive Coaching Philosophy

We believe in coaching the ‘whole person,’ not just the business problem at hand. As a business confidant and trusted advisor, we work closely with leaders to understand how they think, how they approach challenges, and how they engage with their teams. We help them identify blind-spots and what may be holding them back. When leaders bring forth their greatest strengths and tap into those of their organization, as well as the individuals within, they are better-positioned for positive growth and the probability of success.

Service Delivery

We work with our clients to jointly define what success means for them individually and for their organization, and assist them in developing a customized, realistic plan for how to get there.Our executive coaching services are crafted for each client’s needs. They fall within two general structures:

  • Individual Coaching
    We typically offer ten (10), one-hour sessions to executives over a six-month timeframe, with interim phone discussions as necessary. Other arrangements are available upon request.
  • Team Coaching
    We also work with leadership teams. We facilitamete key meetings and off-sites, or can engage in a longer-term relationship with a team, helping them develop team goals, rules of engagement and ways to measure progress. Longer term team coaching can span 6-24 months.

Cindy O’Kane

 

Cindy is a Leadership Coach and Business Consultant specializing in the non-profit arena, and has over 20 years of experience in business and Organizational Development consulting with large and small organizations. Cindy focuses on coaching senior executives; helping them gain insights into their own drivers and behaviors, and supporting them in operationalizing who they want to be as leaders in their organizations.

Cindy holds an MBA from Boston University, as well as an MSW from Syracuse University, and holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Cindy sits on the board of various local non-profits.
